For Current Sorority Actives
Help future PNMs enter recruitment prepared, steady, and clear in who they are.
The SEC RushGuide is the inaugural application of The Next Yes Method™ — a research-based preparation framework designed to help women approach recruitment with clarity, resilience, and discernment.
This guide is grounded in lived experience and shaped by anonymous insight from current SEC sorority members.
Your perspective will help define how women approach recruitment — with clarity, steadiness, and discernment:
• What makes conversations meaningful and memorable
• What PNMs tend to over- or underestimate
• What contributes to a confident, steady presence
• What actives wish women understood before entering recruitment
The survey does not ask for confidential processes or chapter-specific strategies. It focuses on preparation, conversation quality, and developmental perspective.
All responses are anonymous and used only in aggregate to inform the guide.
Honoring the Spirit of Philanthropy
To recognize campus participation and the service culture within Panhellenic communities, the chapter with the highest number of completed responses will receive a $500 donation to the philanthropy of their choice.
PParticipation is individual and anonymous. Donation determination will be based solely on total chapter participation.
A Small Thank-You for Your Time
As a thank-you for sharing your perspective, current Panhellenic sorority members who complete the survey may optionally enter a raffle for:
$100 Princess Polly gift card (two respondents will be selected at random)
$100 American Threads gift card (two respondents will be selected at random)
$10 Starbucks gift card (ten respondents will be selected at random)
Raffle entry is optional and separate from your survey responses. Any contact information you provide will be used only to contact raffle winners and will not be connected to your survey responses. Winners will be selected at random after the survey closes.
This project is about preparation, not pressure — and your voice helps future PNMs walk into recruitment more grounded and confident.
