Help future PNMs Walk into recruitment more prepared and less overwhelmed.

We’re currently developing the SEC RushGuide — a research-based preparation resource designed to help women approach sorority recruitment thoughtfully and with confidence.

This guide is being shaped by insights from sorority women who’ve lived the recruitment experience.

Your perspective helps us understand:

  • What makes conversations feel genuine and memorable

  • What PNMs tend to over- or underestimate

  • What you wish girls understood before walking into rush

This is not about chapter practices, selection processes, or “how to get a bid.”

We’re not seeking any confidential or proprietary information.

All responses are anonymous and used only in aggregate to inform the guide.

As a thank-you for sharing your perspective, current Panhellenic sorority members who complete the survey may optionally enter a raffle for:

Raffle entry is optional and separate from your survey responses. Any contact information you provide will be used only to contact raffle winners and will not be connected to your survey responses. Winners will be selected at random after the survey closes.
